- Agency / Company Name – You can see which Landstar agent is posting the load, and you can build relationships with agents who consistently post good freight in your lanes.
- Contact Numbers – Direct contact at the agency to call if you have questions about the load before booking.
- Pickup & Delivery Deadlines – Exact dates and times for pickup at origin and delivery at destination. This is important for planning your schedule.
- Linehaul Rate – The total linehaul dollar amount for the load. Your take-home is your trailer’s percentage of this number plus 100% fuel surcharge.
- Rate Per Mile – The all-in rate per mile, including fuel surcharge. This is the easiest number to use when quickly comparing loads.
- Additional Payments – Tarp fees, stop-off pay, detention pay, or other accessorial charges billed with the load, all of which are paid at 100% to the driver.
