Can I get plates, truck insurance, and accidental work injury insurance through Landstar?

Landstar trucking industry does have prepass; it’s around 7 dollars a month. Tolls are the responsibility of the owner operator. Drivers will need a laptop computer and a cell phone. A laptop to get on the load board and cell phone to contact the agent that has the load listed. Landstar has recently switched over to electronic logs, but they will install and cover the cost of the unit for the owner operator. There is a $27.00 a month air time fee.
